BLOG - No action, No change

Our goal is to pass forward what we believe in or have even tried on ourselves. We do not turn things into "cellophane" and do not promise miraculous results, but we encourage you to activate the whole potential in yourself.

Its comprised of practical tips on how to implement healthy positive "reminders" into everyday routines to shake off negative thoughts. If you only read the "reminders", you will not become more positive, you probably know that. Firstly, you have to put them into practice because there is no "revelation" overnight. You have to work on it day by day. As I am today, when I write, I'm only smiling,feeling positive, nothing throws me out of the track, fear does not overwhelm me, when some parts of my body start to hurt because of illness,will I and my husband never again make a mistake? Does it mean I can now do 25hours/day with a full steam of energy? Thank God NO, the day has still 24 hours. This is a lifelong job that never ends. However, the reminders I collected from my own experience help each day through life tests.

1. Naked legs

we do not have to go to one of the sandy beaches so we can do a "bone therapy". Try barefoot in your apartment, especially if you have some carpet, wooden surfaces, tiles, etc., all of which will speed up blood flow and wake our body.
